TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all mobile games (“Games”) developed and published by Boss Rush Games Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any of our Games, you (“user”, “player”, or “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or continue using the Games.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Games.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
   

Some features may require signing in using third-party services (e.g., Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, Facebook, etc.).
You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All actions performed through your account. 

We are not responsible for account loss or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

• Our Games may offer optional virtual currency, items, or content purchased using real money.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated by the app store platform.
• Virtual items do not have real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the Game.

Our Games may display third-party ads.
We do not endorse and are not responsible for:

• The content of these ads
• Any actions you take after clicking them 

Ad providers may use tracking technologies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access source code.
• Engage in abusive, offensive, or unlawful behavior.
• Exploit game bugs or unfair advantages. 

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

All game assets, characters, artwork, code, audio, gameplay elements, and trademarks are the property of Boss Rush Games Private Limited.
You may not:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Sell
• or Modify any part of the Games 

without our written permission.

Some features may require internet connectivity.
We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of servers
• Preservation of gameplay data or progress 

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Games if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• We discontinue the Game

Your right to access any virtual items or progress may end when access is terminated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the Game (if any). 

You use the Games at your own discretion and risk.

We may update the Games or these Terms at any time.
Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
